TraxPlus Parts Return Policy Eligible Returns – No Penalty (within 10 business days of delivery): Customers may return parts in their original packaging, unopened, uninstalled, and free from damage within 10 business days of delivery without penalty. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to their preferred TraxPlus location. All approved returns will be issued as in-store credit after the item has been delivered and inspected. Additionally, the following parts may be returned within 10 business days at no penalty: 1. Defective or damaged parts. 2. Incorrect merchandise (resulting from online orders, phone orders, or direct shipments from a TraxPlus vendor or OEM). 3. Parts delivered beyond the promised delivery window. Returns After 10 Business Days: Returns made after 10 business days but within 30 business days may be accepted if the item is still in its original packaging, unopened, uninstalled, and free of damage. These returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which includes state sales tax. • TraxPlus parts staff will determine whether the item should be: o Returned to the OEM with applicable restocking fees, o Held for inclusion in the OEM’s annual return cycle.
